Shiite News: A grand seminar titled “Muqāwamat-e-Fātimi: Madīna se Bait-ul-Muqaddas tak, maujooda ālami ḥalāt ke tanāzur mein” Fatimi Resistance: From Medina to Jerusalem, In the Context of Current Global Affairs was organized by MWM Isfahan in connection with the days of Fatimiyyah.
MWM Pakistan’s Vice Chairman Allama Syed Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi attended as the chief guest and delivered an extensive, evidence-based address.

The program began with a spiritual recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Qari Ahmed Hussaini, followed by praises of Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) recited by brothers Zeeshan and Mahir Abbas.
Former ISO Pakistan President Arif Ali Jani spoke on national and international developments and emphasized the religious obligation to maintain strong allegiance to the system of Wilayat-e-Faqih. A soul-stirring manqabat was then presented by Shehzad Rafiq Jafri.

Allama Rizvi highlighted that the life of Lady Fatimah Zahra (s.a.) is a complete model for every Imam, quoting the statement of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s.): “Fatimah, daughter of the Messenger of Allah, is the best example for me.”
He elaborated on how Lady Fatimah, at the young age of 18, earned the title “Umm Abiha,” symbolizing her immense role in protecting the Prophet (s.a.w.w.).

He further emphasized that a scholar with knowledge but without political insight cannot effectively serve society.
Politics, he said, is inseparable from religion, and it is essential for students of religion to develop political awareness.

The session concluded with the narration of the tragedies of Lady Fatimah (s.a.), followed by noha recitations by Ghulam Ali Baltistani and Irfan Haider.
A question–answer session wrapped up the event, which was deemed spiritually enriching and intellectually impactful.
