Banned Sipah e Sahaba planned to attack azadaari in the name of ‘Farooq e Azam Day’: Police Report

Police department has issued a report based on secret information regarding Muharram ul Haram in which it has been revealed that Taliban, Ahl e Sunnat wal Jama’at (Sipah e Sahaba) and some other forces are planning to attack Majalis and processions during Muharram ul Haram, in Karachi.

Police claimed, in the report, to have secret information that terrorists, especially those of Taliban and Sipah e Sahaba, are planning to target Majaalis and azadaari processions.

It has been said in the report that Taliban could target Imambargah Ali Muhammad, located in Qasba Colony no.2, and Imambargah Jafaria, in Orangi Town.

According to the report, terrorists of banned Sipah e Sahaba named Amjad son of Munawwar, Ahtesham son of Masood, Zahid son of Jannat Gul have planned to attack azaadari on first Muharram, in the name of ‘Farooq e Azam Day’. Report further tells that terrorists of Sipah e Sahab could create a sensitive and bad situation during Muharram using ‘Sabeel Mosque Gurumandar’ and ‘Mosque of Jama’a Banoria Town’
