Shiite News: Central Secretary for Media and Publication of the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan and provincial organizer for Sindh, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, declared that the Constitution of Pakistan is a sacred, consensus-based document agreed upon by all political and religious parties.
“Making the Constitution controversial is an assault on the democratic foundations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and such actions will never be accepted,” he said.
He added that the nation would reject any step taken to safeguard personal interests, extend dictatorial rule, or steal the people’s mandate. “These actions not only threaten democracy but also undermine the constitutional and moral integrity of the state,” he stated.
Allama Domki urged the people to support the call of Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Ayeen-e-Pakistan Chairman Mahmood Khan Achakzai and MWM Chief Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri to rise against this black law.
He called upon all MWM workers and political and public organizations to lead the nation in defending the Constitution.
He criticized the government for keeping Parliament in the dark and installing “Form-47 rulers” who, he said, had smeared their own faces with the ink of fraud. “Those who once chanted ‘Respect the Vote’ are now afraid of democracy and attacking the very system they claimed to defend,” he remarked.
Allama Domki expressed regret that the Pakistan People’s Party, which once took pride in giving the country a consensus Constitution, is now among those undermining it and violating its spirit.
