Shiite News: In a shocking act of religious discrimination, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has reportedly barred individuals with names associated with Ahl-e-Bayt (AS) — including Ali, Fatima, Hassan, and Hussain — from entering the country.
According to reports, a Pakistani citizen, Asif Ali, revealed to Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi that he was denied a UAE visa solely because of his name “Ali,” forcing him to change it for approval.
Observers have condemned this as a clear case of religious persecution, violating fundamental human rights and international norms.
