Banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi Attack in Hangu Claims Lives of SP and Two Policemen

Shiite News: Three police personnel including SP Operations Asad Zubair were martyred in banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi terrorist attacks in Hangu.

According to the police, the terrorists targeted the Ghulamina check post with a bomb blast. Upon receiving information about the incident, SP Operations Asad Zubair headed towards the scene along with a heavy police contingent, however, a police vehicle was blown up by a bomb on the way, resulting in SP Asad Zubair and two officials being martyred on the spot.

According to sources, one official was injured in the blast and was immediately shifted to the hospital. Security was tightened in the area after the incident and the police have launched a search operation against suspected terrorists affiliated with the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.
