Hate Rally in Heart of Pakistan Highlights Impunity for Banned Groups

Shiite News: A gathering was held in the federal capital Islamabad by the banned, extremist and terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah-e-Sahaba, in which, as usual, anti-Shia slogans were raised and hate speeches were made.

According to sources, takfiri leaders including Maulana Muhammad Ahmed Ludhianvi, Aurangzeb Farooqi and Muawiya Azam Tariq participated in this gathering and in their speeches gave provocative statements against the Shia community.

However, the Shia community is deeply concerned over the Islamabad administration’s failure to take any notice of this hate gathering.

On social media, users have strongly reacted to this incident, saying that giving free rein to takfiri elements in a sensitive city like Pakistan’s capital is a serious threat to peace.
