People’s mandate will decide next government, not backdoor deals: Kazim Maisam

Shiite News: Opposition Leader in Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly and MWM Provincial Secretary for Political Affairs, Kazim Maysam, has said that despite growing contact from several electables across Gilgit-Baltistan, the MWM remains steadfast in its commitment to principled politics based on ideology and integrity rather than power.
Speaking at a ceremony on Monday, Maysam said, “Talks about bringing certain parties into power have already started, but we categorically declare that Form-47 politics will not work here. Only the people’s choice will form the government, no decision will be made against the will of the masses.”
He further warned that if any attempts at political engineering were made, MWM would expose the actors behind them with names and photographs through election posters to ensure public awareness and transparency.
