Condolence Reference Held at Jamia-tul-Kauthar in Memory of Allama Malik Zafar Abbas (R.A.)

Shiite News: A condolence reference was held at Jamia-tul-Kauthar Islamabad in memory of the eminent scholar and companion of Ayatollah Mohsin Najafi (R.A.), Allama Malik Zafar Abbas (R.A.). A large number of scholars, students, and believers attended the gathering to pay homage to the late religious leader.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Qari Wajahat Raza. The speakers described the late Allama Zafar Abbas as a visionary scholar deeply aware of the challenges facing the Muslim Ummah and devoted entirely to the service of religion.
Among those who addressed the gathering were Maulana Liaqat Awan, Allama Intisar Haider Jafri, Allama Arif Hussain Wahidi, Allama Sheikh Muhammad Shafa Najafi, Allama Maqbool Hussain Alvi, Allama Anwar Ali Najafi, and Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi.
The speakers noted that Allama Zafar Abbas devoted his entire life to preaching Islam, serving the community, and promoting unity within the Ummah. He worked purely for the pleasure of Allah and remained detached from worldly fame.
Allama Arif Wahidi said the late scholar was driven by a deep sense of religious duty and compassion for the orphans of the Prophet’s family (A.S.), contributing significantly to the construction of numerous mosques and Imambargahs.
Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, in his address, said that Allama Zafar Abbas was a scholar of insight and compassion whose life was dedicated to the cause of faith. He prayed for the elevation of his ranks and forgiveness of his soul.
