Ban on land travel of pilgrims unacceptable, strong reaction of the Jafariya Millat

Shiite News: Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen South Balochistan leader Sohail Akbar Shirazi has said that the decision to ban land travel of pilgrims is unacceptable, unfair and a manifestation of discrimination and is tantamount to hurting the feelings of millions of Shia Muslims.

In his statement, he said that Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Balochistan expresses strong concern and condemnation over the decision of the Pakistani government to not allow Pakistani pilgrims to travel by land for holy pilgrimages (Iraq and Iran).

This decision is not only a clear violation of the constitutional and religious rights of pilgrims but is also tantamount to hurting the feelings of millions of Shia Muslims in Pakistan.

He appealed to all religious, national and political parties to raise their voices in favor of the pilgrims and take a united stand against this oppression of religious freedom.
