Shiite News: Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, the central leader of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan, has strongly demanded from the government of Pakistan that the difficulties faced by the pilgrims of Karbala, Iran and Iraq be resolved immediately.

Visiting the holy graves of Imam Hussain (a.s.) and Imams of Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) is a great act of worship, and the government should reduce the difficulties of the pilgrims, and not make this holy journey expensive by imposing taxes on the pilgrims and caravan leaders.

Special facilities should be provided for the pilgrims at the Taftan border and Rimdan border.

Construction of rest areas, waiting rooms and clean washrooms at the Rimdan border should be made possible immediately so that pilgrims can enjoy peace and comfort.

Expressing serious concern over the deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan, he said that innocent travelers were shot at in Zhob and Kalat in recent days, which is extremely regrettable and condemnable.

The pilgrims’ route should be made completely safe and the Balochistan issue should be resolved through dialogue, negotiations and understanding instead of force and violence.

Force should be used only against terrorists and criminals, not against ordinary citizens.

Finally, he said that the issue of missing persons in Balochistan has once again intensified, and the affected families have reached Islamabad.

State institutions should listen to them, apply ointment to the wounds of the victims instead of rubbing salt in their wounds, and immediately resolve the issue of missing persons in accordance with the constitution and law.
