Today’s Yazidi system represents interest, oppression and hostility to religion, Sahibzada Zubair

Shiite News: President of Jamiat Ulema Pakistan (Noorani) and Milli Yakjehti Council, Sahibzada Dr. Abul Khair Muhammad Zubair has said that Imam Hussain (AS) fought against oppression, coercion, tyranny and fascism, today’s “Yazidi system” is also the one that is busy suppressing the truth, erasing justice and imposing oppression on the people, the message of Hussainiyyat is a practical jihad against every system of oppression.

He was addressing the “Zikr-e-Sultan-e-Karbala Conference” which was organized to highlight the memory and message of the martyrs and prisoners of Karbala.

Sahibzada Muhammad Zubair said that today we have to adopt the role of Hussainiyat, because Yazid is not only the role of 61 AH but is a representative of oppression, usury, tyranny and hostility to religion of every era.

The ongoing usury economy in the country, the slavery of the IMF and the legislation that contradicts Islamic orders are actually forms of modern Yazidiyat.

Strictly criticizing the government’s ban on marriage under the age of 18, Sahibzada Zubair said that the basis of marriage in Islam is puberty, not age limit.

This law is the result of Western pressure and secular ideologies, which is a conspiracy to destroy our religious, social and family system.

He said that today the biggest source of economic slavery is interest-based loans, which are depriving the country of its sovereignty. Imam Hussain (AS) rejected the court of Yazid and taught us that bowing down to falsehood is slavery, whether it is financial or intellectual.

He said that our salvation lies neither in the Western system nor in the capitalist economy, but only in the system of the Prophet (PBUH), which is the standard-bearer of justice, brotherhood, honor and spirituality.
