Terrorists of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi attack Imam Hussain’s (AS) procession in Sindh

Shiite News: During the days of Muharram, when the people of faith are raising the voices of “Labaik Ya Hussain (AS), brutal Yazidi elements once again exposed the ugly face of their Takfiri thinking by attacking the Hussain mourning procession in Jan Muhammad Bhutto village of Kandhkot tehsil of Kashmore district of Sindh.

Armed terrorists of banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Jhangvi attacked Imam Hussain’s (AS) procession, in which a well-known religious figure, Maulana Farman Ali Askari of Madrasa Irshad-ul-Saqlain Kandhkot and several mourners including his brother were injured. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention.

This attack is not just an attack on individuals but on Hussainiyyat. The remnants of Yazidiyyat are still afraid of the message of truth of Imam Hussain (AS).

But history is a witness that Hussainis were never intimidated by the Yazidis. Yesterday Yazid was on the throne and Hussain (AS) was in the tents, but today the world mourns in the name of Hussain (AS), no one remembers Yazid, except with hatred.

We strongly condemn this heinous and cowardly attack and strongly demand from SSP Kashmore to immediately arrest these so-called religious terrorists and give them exemplary punishment. If these elements are not reined in, this sedition will spread further tomorrow.

The attack on Maulana Farman Ali Askari, who is a proponent of unity of the Ummah, mourning and teaching the Quran, is not only an attack on his personality but also on the dignity and survival of the Jafariya nation.

This is a moment of reflection. The days of Hussain (AS) demand that we unite and stand against every form of Yazidism. Hussainism is not just tears, it is also consciousness.
