Western cultural invasion is depriving young generation of identity, MWM Quetta

Shiite News: An important intellectual and social conference titled “Tehzeeb o Saqafat ko darpesh Challenges” organized by Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Quetta was held at Ghadir Services Hall, in which personalities from various political, social, educational, and medical fields participated.

The aim of the conference was to discuss and raise awareness on the threats to local and national cultural identity, moral values, and social order.

Allama Ali Hasnain Hussaini, Vice President of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Balochistan, said that today the new generation is being distanced from its true identity through the intellectual invasion of Western civilization.

He said that undressing, obscenity, mixed gatherings, drinking alcohol and violating moral boundaries are against our Islamic and regional values, which are leading to the destruction of the young generation.

He expressed concern over the holding of such events under government patronage that are against Islamic and Eastern values.

Other speakers included MWM Vice President Allama Wilayat Hussain Jafari, provincial leader Younus Ali, patron of Ittehad Anjuman Tajran Tahir Nazari.

BNP leader Naseem Javed Hazara, social activist Syed Raza, Syed Al-Shuhada leader Ismat Gulzari, social activist Mubarak Ali Hazara, responsible for the Umm Al-Awakening Movement Ali Haider, Hazara Jirga leader Haji Muhammad Ijaz.

ISO Balochistan leader Muhammad Zahir, social activist Aghaei Abdul Ali Asghari, PPP Quetta leader Brother Najeeb, Dr. Muhammad Hussain Hussaini, social activist Nemat Mazhar, social activist Brother Asad Ali shed light on the causes of social deterioration and its remedies.

The speakers said that educational institutions, parents, and the media must realize their responsibility and prioritize the training of the new generation on Islamic ethics.
