Shiite News: Central leader of the Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, has described the latest warning of the United Nations on the serious humanitarian crisis in Gaza as news that shocks the conscience of the world of humanity.

He said that the head of the United Nations Humanitarian Affairs, Tom Fletcher, has warned that if urgent humanitarian aid does not reach Gaza within 48 hours, about 14,000 infants may lose their lives due to hunger, disease and lack of medicine. He called it a moment of reflection.

Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that the indifference of the global conscience, the criminal silence of Muslim rulers and the mere verbal collection of expenses in favor of the heirs of the first Qibla are unforgivable.

He said that the UN’s admission that the current aid is equivalent to “a drop in the ocean” is clear evidence that the 2.3 million oppressed residents of Gaza are victims of a complete siege and a humanitarian tragedy.

He said that voices are being raised around the world against Israeli brutality, but unfortunately, the rulers of most Muslim countries remain silent spectators.

Allama Maqsood Domki called on the government of Pakistan to immediately join hands with Islamic countries to demand an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council and ensure the provision of humanitarian aid to Gaza.

He appealed to the Islamic world’s scholars, human rights organizations, the media, and influential segments of public opinion to raise their voices to save the lives of the defenseless people of Gaza, especially innocent children.
