Islamic Jamiat Students’ Party workers attack security personnel of Punjab University

Shiite News: Islamic Jamiat Students’ Party workers tortured Punjab University guards when they asked for their identification.

Two guards were seriously injured, who were shifted to Sheikh Zayed Hospital.

According to the Punjab University spokesperson, Islamic Jamiat Students allegedly attacked Punjab University security guards.

The Jamiat members attacked the security guards when they asked for their identification while checking at the gate.

Two university security guards were injured in the attack.

According to the university spokesperson, Jamiat activists Zain Sarfraz, Ghazanfar Ali, Muhammad Anis, Shamrez Mumtaz carried out the attack, while Jamiat activists Zain Shaukat, Samiullah, Usman Ahmed and Hammad Raza were also among the accused.

The security guards had asked Jamiat’s trustee Zohaib Fakhri and Nazim Hammad Raza for identification at the gate.

Most of the Jamiat activists involved in the attack are expelled, and any expelled Jamiat worker will be referred to the police if he is seen in the future.

Strict checking will continue as usual at the university gates.
