A day like Labor Day should be dedicated to the oppressed workers of Gaza, Allama Sajid Naqvi

Shiite News: Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi says on the occasion of May 1, “Labor Day 1886”, that this day is celebrated in memory of those hundreds of destitute people of Chicago who raised their voices for their rights, while the workers of Gaza, let alone protesting, were made helpless and helpless in their own homeland and were subjected to oppression.

Hundreds of people lost their lives there, thousands were martyred here, while millions became homeless and helpless, a horrific picture of oppression. Unfortunately, even those who cry out for global human and fundamental rights could not stop this unilateral oppression, a hundred thousand times more unfortunately that we could not do anything. Like May 1, a day should also be dedicated to the workers of Gaza.

On the other hand, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, referring to the common Pakistani worker, said that Labor Day has come at a time when farmers are worried about the lack of proper determination of the price of their crops, while the workers are lamenting the increasing inflation, the devaluation of the rupee and the blocked sources of employment, on which the poets of the East are seen interpreting the poems.

The Holy Quran also guides in this direction, in Surah Al-Hashr verse number 7: “Wealth should not circulate only among the rich” and draws attention to fair distribution. The life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) remained on this. Hazrat Ali (AS) took the first reform step at the beginning of his Caliphate by announcing equal opportunities for all in the national treasury, but unfortunately, despite the passage of seven decades, it has become very difficult for the workers, laborers and farmers to get their legitimate rights.

Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi also paid tribute to the Pakistani workers and laborers and said that these workers, farmers and hard workers contribute their valuable contribution to national development and progress. The economic development and prosperity of the dear homeland is not possible without the tireless efforts of this important workforce of ours, so the government should protect the honor and dignity of the workers.
