People of GB have rejected attempts to seize mineral resources unconstitutionally, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas

Shiite News: Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, has said in his statement that the people of Gilgit-Baltistan have categorically rejected attempts to seize mineral resources unconstitutionally.

Unfortunately, the unwise and non-transparent decisions of the imposed rulers are pushing Pakistan towards internal conflict.

The state’s policy of depriving the people of Gilgit-Baltistan of their constitutional, political and human rights on the one hand and trying to seize the precious resources of their land without public consent on the other is giving rise to intense public anger and resentment.

It must be acknowledged that the era when public rights were suppressed by force or cunning has passed.

Today’s conscious people are not ready to make any compromise on their resources, identity and rights.

If the ruling circles believe that the mineral resources of Gilgit-Baltistan will be seized by force alone without the participation and consent of the people, then this is a big mistake.
