Deputy PM Dar discusses Pak-India tensions with Iranian Foreign Minister
Shiite News: Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar had a telephonic conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Syed Abbas Araqchi on Friday.
According to a statement issued by the Pakistani Foreign Office spokesperson, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister apprised the Iranian Foreign Minister of the current situation in Pak-India relations and strongly rejected India’s baseless allegations.
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar warned against any possible provocative action by India and appreciated Iranian efforts to reduce tensions in the region.
The Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister also expressed his best wishes for the Iran-US talks to be held tomorrow in Muscat, the capital of Oman.
