The spirit of the Companions of Badr is a model for today’s Muslims, Allama Sajid Naqvi

Shiite News: Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi has said in his message on the occasion of the victory of the Battle of Badr (17 Ramadan) that the Battle of Badr is a clear demonstration of trust in God and sincere adherence to the commands and policies of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

He said that this teaches us that just as the Companions of Badr obeyed the command of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) despite their small number and lack of resources and did not hesitate to offer themselves for sacrifice, similarly if today’s Muslims also develop the spirit of the Companions of Badr to defend Islam and Muslims with true spirit and complete faith, no force can defeat Islam.

Allama Sajid Naqvi further said that the courage with which the protector of the Prophet Hazrat Ali (AS) bravely fought the infidels and enemies to hell, this spirit is a model for every Mujahideen and freedom fighter.

Emphasizing the usefulness and necessity of inter-Muslim unity, he said that all Muslims should support each other in their difficulties. He said that imperialism and Zionism are gaining strength, we have to strengthen the Muslim Ummah.
