Third scholar, Sheikh Akhtar, disappeared from Rimdan border, released

Shiite News: The third scholar, Sheikh Akhtar, disappeared from Rimdan border, been released, the people of Gilgit-Baltistan have staged a strong protest for his release, Sheikh Akhtar Ali, who belongs to Shigar.

Sheikh Akhtar has reached his loved one in Rawalpindi after his release. Two of the three scholars who were forcibly disappeared were released two days ago, while the third scholar, Sheikh Akhtar, could not be released.

Protests and demonstrations were going on in different areas of Gilgit-Baltistan, especially in Kharmang, Shigar and Gamba Skardu, for their release.

It should be remembered that three prominent scholars from Baltistan were forcibly disappeared from the Rimdan border while coming to Pakistan from Iran.

The missing included Syed Ali Abbas Rizvi of Kharmang, Sheikh Naseri of Gamba Skardu and Sheikh Akhtar Ali of Shigar. Syed Ali Abbas and Sheikh Naseri were released two days ago. While Sheikh Akhtar was released today.
