ATC Court accepts bail before arrest of Allama Amin Shaheedi

Central Deputy Secretary General Of Majlis-e-Wehdatul Muslimeen (MWM) on Tuesday got the bail before arrest from the Anit-Terrorism Court Of Rawalpindi. The ATC Court Rawalpindi judge Judge Majeed Awan on Saturday issued arrest warrants to Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) for Allama Amin Shaheedi along with two other individuals against murder of Mufti Aman ullah in the fake FIR registered against senior Shiite leaders.

Allama Amin Shaheedi along with Other MWM leaders Allama Ejaz Hussain Behishti, Allama Asghar Askari and Malik Iqrar presented before the judge of ATC court and got the bail before arrest from the respectable judge on the Fake FIR of Mufti Aman Ullah murder case.

Its pertaining to mention here that Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Majeed Awan on Saturday issued arrest warrants to Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) for Allama Amin Shaheedi along with two other individuals against murder of Mufti Aman ullah. According to details reveal anti-terrorism court to have issued arrest warrants asking CTD for immediate custody of Allama Amin Shaheedi, Ishtiaq Hussain and Kalb-e-Abbas on account of murdering administrator of Jaamia Taleem-ul-quran and mastermind of Ashoora Incident, Mufti Aman ullah.

It is worth mentioning here that Mufti Aman ullah stands as the mastermind of Rawalpinidi Ashoora Incident, killed by unknown assailants in 2014. The murder case of Mufti Aman was filed by the bias Punjab government against Shia only.
