Hameed Hussain Turi expresses concern in NA over terror incidents in Parachinar

Shiite News: Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan parliamentary leader and member of the National Assembly for District Kurram, Engineer Hameed Hussain Turi, while addressing the National Assembly, said that the attack on a food convoy going to Parachinar yesterday is regrettable and a cause of great concern.

He said that the Thall Parachinar National Highway has been closed for the past five months and the decision to conduct a convoy on the road is a joint decision of the security agencies and the civil administration, therefore the responsibility of security also falls on them.

But unfortunately, in the presence of security forces, terrorists loot trucks in the convoy and burn vehicles, drivers are brutally killed, but the administration officials present at the scene fail to provide them protection. All these terrorist acts have become a daily routine.

He said that my question to the state is where is the government writ and where are the state institutions? Masked men are looting in the presence of security personnel, but everyone is a spectator. Where is the wisdom and patriotism in this?
