Shiite News: Addressing a protest rally organized by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in Swabi on the completion of one year of the elections in the country, Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri said that on February 8 last year, our rights were robbed, and the mandate given by the nation was snatched from us by the oppressors through intimidation, rigging and manipulation.

The peaceful protest for the return of the mandate was met with extreme state oppression and violence, and many innocent and unarmed citizens were killed and injured in firing.

This is a war of nerves, it is a long and difficult path, but nothing is impossible. We must not get tired, but move forward with even stronger determination and courage than before.

Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari said that we must unite and support each other. We believe in the country’s development and the strengthening and restoration of democracy in the true sense.

The country cannot move forward without the supremacy of the constitution and the rule of law. The provision of basic human rights is the voice of the entire nation.

The controversial PECA Amendment Act has stifled freedom of expression and banned reformist criticism.

A deliberate conspiracy was made to shape the role of the judiciary according to one’s will and intention and the judicial system was toyed with to make it a slave of one’s own house.

He said that the law and order situation in the country is deplorable. Security forces are being attacked every day, while only verbal claims are being made by the rulers.

Good governance does not run on empty statements, practical steps are indispensable to eliminate extremism and terrorists.

The leadership and workers of the country’s most popular party have been subjected to political reprisals and are being kept in chains. For the country’s development and stability, it is necessary that the government be with the party that enjoys the support of the majority of the people.

Claims of reduced inflation are just a figment of the imagination. The poor people have become fed up with inflation. In a week, dozens of Karachi citizens have been crushed by heavy dumpers, but no one is happy.
