Attack on government convoy is proof of failure of institutions, Engineer Sakhawat

Shiite News: Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Azadari Wing South Punjab Provincial President Engineer Sakhawat Ali Sial has said that while the attack on the convoy heading towards Kurram Agency after the peace agreement is proof of the presence of terrorists, it is also proof of the failure of the security agencies.
