7 injured in terrorists attack on police post in Tank

Shiite News: At least, 7 people, including 5 personnel, were injured in an attack by Lashkar-e-Jhangvi terrorists on a police post in Tank area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to sources, a police post was attacked in Tank, in which Jhangvi terrorists targeted the Gul Imam post. 7 people, including five police personnel, were injured in the incident.

As soon as the information about the attack on the post was received, a heavy contingent of police was dispatched to the scene. According to initial reports, apart from the police personnel, the drivers of vehicles carrying chickens are also among the injured, who have been shifted to Tank Hospital.

The critically injured have been referred to Dera Ismail Khan. Security agencies are conducting a thorough investigation of the scene to track down and arrest the attackers.
