Multan: 12 Shiite leaders names in Schedule-IV

Shiite News: Central Organizing Secretary of Majlis Wahdat Muslim Pakistan, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, has said that registration of cases on mourning processions is a clear violation of the Constitution of Pakistan and an illegal act.

This is tantamount to denying the fundamental constitutional and human rights of Shiites.

He expressed these views while talking to the Provincial President of South Punjab province, Allama Qazi Nader Alvi and other scholars at Jamia Shaheed Murtaza Mutahari in Multan.

It is a regrettable act of the Multan administration to put the names of 12 Shia leaders in Schedule-IV.

Registration of cases on the occasion of Muharram and Chehlam of Shohada e Karbala is a clear violation of the Constitution of Pakistan and an illegal act.

This is tantamount to denying the fundamental constitutional and human rights of Shiites.

The names of the mourners have been included on the basis of these cases and processions. Which is misuse of laws by government and bureaucracy.

The Punjab government and administration harassing the noble citizens in the name of Schedule Four in various districts of Punjab.

Currently, the Punjab government is on the first place in filing false cases against the mourners of Imam Hussain (AS).

He demanded that the misuse of Schedule Four against the peaceful and noble Shia workers across Punjab including Multan should be stopped and the names of noble citizens should be removed from Schedule Four immediately.
