Dar conveys greetings to Ayatollah Khamenei

Shiite News: Iranian Foreign Minister Syed Abbas Araqchi has met Pakistani counterpart Ishaq Dar in Islamabad.

Ishaq Dar warmly welcomed the Iranian counterpart at the Foreign Ministry office.

During the meeting, Senator Ishaq Dar welcomed Araqchi and said that he should convey my greetings to the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and President of Iran.

Appreciating the visit of the Iranian Foreign Minister to Islamabad, he said that Pakistan and Iran have always been two brotherly countries and I feel very happy with my Iranian friend.

He said that the Iranian Foreign Minister has visited Islamabad on such an occasion when the situation in the region is very sensitive.

During the meeting, Araqchi emphasized the need to further increase the relations between Tehran and Islamabad and said that both countries should take a common position on the Middle East and global situation.
