Governor Kamran Tessori reacts strongly to Zakir Naik’s controversial statements

Shiite News: Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori gave a strong reaction to the controversial statements of prominent religious figure Zakir Naik in a recent conference and said that “Shahzada is only the grandson of Prophet Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS).

Zakir Naik, who in the past has referred to the battle of Karbala as the battle between two princes with Imam Hussain (as) by declaring Yazid as a prince, was also present at the conference.

In his speech, Kamran Tesori condemned the statements of Zakir Naik and said that it is necessary to expose those who make such misleading statements so that they cannot mislead people further.
Describing Zakir Naik as “cursed”, he said that insolence in honor of Imam Hussain (AS) is not acceptable under any circumstances.

Tesori’s statement has caused joy among Muslims worldwide, especially among those who love Imam Hussain (AS).

According to him, it is unacceptable to equate the sacrifice of Imam Hussain (AS) with any misleading ideology and it is necessary to raise voice against it at all levels.
