Lashkar Jhangvi commander Umar Farooq sentenced 14 years imprisonment

Shiite News: Anti-Terrorism Court 1 sentenced Lashkar-e-Jhangvi commander Umar Farooq to 14 years in prison. The accused was arrested by CTD this year, when explosives were recovered from his possession.

According to the spokesperson, Umar Farooq is trained from Afghanistan and was booked under the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) and the Explosives Act.

This sentence is being considered as an important step in the war against terrorism, which aims to improve the law and order situation in the country.
