5 dangerous terrorists of banned Lashkar Jhangvi arrested

Shiite News: arrested 5 terrorists during 65 intelligence-based operations in different cities of Punjab in view of terrorism concerns.

According to CTD spokesman, operations were carried out in various cities of Punjab, Lahore, Mianwali, Bahawalpur, Jhang and Toba Tek Singh. 3 terrorists were arrested.

CTD spokesman said that explosives, 4 hand grenades, 3 detonators, 18 feet long safety fuse wire, bullets and weapons, mobile phones and cash were recovered from the terrorists. The terrorists were identified as Amjad, Sher, Zabab, Tayyab and By the name of Baz Khan.

The spokesman further said that the terrorists wanted to spread fear and panic among the people by taking action at different places.

CTD officials have said that 109 suspects were arrested during 980 combing operations this week, 32 thousand 662 people were questioned in combing operations.
