3rd annual meeting of Imam Zainul Abideen Institute of Quran and Ahl al-Bayt (AS) held

Shiite News: The annual meeting of the Majlis Ummomi of Imam Zainul Abideen Institute of Quran and Ahlul Bayt (AS) Mehrabpur Pakistan was held in Imam Zainul Abideen Mosque (AS) in Mehrabpur.

The meeting started with the recitation of Quran and Hadith Kasa, which was graced by Maulana Muhammad Aslam Sadiqi and the central president, Brother Mehtab Ali Sheikh, gave the welcome speech.

In the meeting, Brother Amjad Hussain Abidi was elected as the Central President of the new year by the majority opinion. Maulana Imdad Hussain Shujai took oath from the newly elected president.

Earlier, General Secretary Brother Naveed Ali Sheikh presented the performance report of the institution for one year 2023-24 and former Central President Brother Mehtab Ali Sheikh announced his resignation along with his cabinet.

Addressing the participants, the newly elected president said that working in religious institutions is certainly not an uncommon thing in this era, but in my view it is a great blessing and a divine gift.

Now that by God’s grace and grace I have been elected as the president of this organization, I am praying for success in the presence of God Almighty to carry out this responsibility.

In addition to this, I also hope for the cooperation of scholars, eminent students, workers and believers to fulfill this important responsibility.
