Afghan Taliban Senior Advisor killed in Quetta

Shiite News: Unknown assailants carried out a target killing of Maulvi Mohammad Umar Jan Akhundzada in Kili area late at night.

No one has accepted the responsibility for the killing of Maulvi Muhammad Umar Jan Akhundzada.

Afghan government spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid confirmed the killing. Condemning the murder, the spokesman said that this murder is regrettable.

On social media platform X, Zabihullah Mujahid said that the Emirate Islamia is deeply sorry for the killing of a great personality of the country.

The Islamic Emirate calls this incident an irreparable loss for the country and expresses its condolences to the bereaved and their devotees.
