Another achievement of MWM, ECP issues form 45, 47

Shiite News: The Islamabad High Court dismissed the objections to MWM’s plea in the case against the Election Commission for not uploading Forms 45 and 47 on the website.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq removed the objections to the application and directed to fix it for hearing tomorrow.

The petitioner MWM’s counsel argued in the court that as per the law, the forms have to be uploaded on the website within 14 days after the election.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq said that first we remove the objection and then we see. Lawyers Iman Zainab Mazari and Abdul Hadi Chatta appeared on behalf of MWM.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till tomorrow.
