Mohsin e Millat, commentator of Holy Quran, Sheikh Mohsin Najafi passes away

Mohsin e Millat, commentator of the Qur’an, Sheikh Mohsin Najafi, passed away. The services of late scholar were immense for Shiite in Pakistan.

He was born in 1938 in village Manthokha of Tehsil Khurmang of Skardu-Baltistan in the northern region of Pakistan.
He received his early education at home from his father. Later, in 1966, he went to Najaf, Iraq, for higher education. Where he learned modern sciences from prominent teachers of that era.

He was among the students of Hazrat Ayatollah Sayyed Abu Qasim Al-Khoei and Shaheed Sadr in the Hoza ilmiya Najaf e Ashraf.
So, at the time of his return to home, Ayatollah Khoi appointed him as his lawyer. During the last 30 years, he has rendered many fundamental and valuable services for the nation of Pakistan in addition to his academic services in the welfare and social fields.
The biggest achievement is Tafseer of Holy Quran and Hadi TV Channel.
