GB Bar Council announces strike on December 1

Shiite News: Supporting the movement of the Awami Action Committee against the abolition of wheat subsidy, lawyers’ organizations of Gilgit-Baltistan also announced a complete strike on December 1.

While the notification of the appointment of the chairman and members of the service tribunal is not issued, there will be a strike on December 2 as well.

Gilgit-Baltistan Bar Council has informed the bar organizations of all districts about the decision.

It should be noted that the Awami Action Committee has called for a shutter-down strike in the entire region on December 1 against the end of wheat subsidy and increase in prices in GB.
