Visit of Imam-e-Kaaba to Islamic University Islamabad

Shiite News: Imam Kaaba, Professor Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Hameed said on Thursday that killing human lives is forbidden, Muslims are being massacred in the name of human rights in Gaza, the international community should respect the sanctity of human lives.

He expressed these views during a special address at the International Conference on “Shariat aur qanoon mein insani zindgi ka tahafuzz” the Protection of Human Life in Shariah and Law held at Faisal Mosque campus of International Islamic University Islamabad.

Imam Al-Haram said that the massacre of innocent people in Gaza is the darkest period in human history.

He said that he is praying for the end of the oppression of the Muslims of Palestine. Imam Kaaba said that special attention has been paid to the sanctity of human life in Islam.

He further said that human life has special importance in Islamic Shari’ah and law without distinction of belief.

He mentioned the sanctity of human life and said that Islam strictly forbids the loss of human life. Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah said that the person who takes a human life without any reason has the promise of hell.

He further said that the services of Dr. Hathal Hamud Al-Tibi and the International Islamic University are commendable. “I appreciate the International Islamic University for organizing the conference on the most important topic of the time,” he said.

He emphasized that educational and research institutions of Muslim countries should focus on mutual cooperation.
