Petition filed for FIR of Raza Taqvi’s murder against US Consular General, Police

A petition has been filed in the Court of law to seek registration of FIR of Raza Taqvi’s murder against the U.S. Consular General Michael Dodman and high police officials.
Sources in the MWM and relatives of martyr Ali Raza Taqvi disclosed here that the police has refused to register case against the U.S. Consular General and higher authorities of police. Police has registered an FIR in which police tried to defend the interests of the United States. Police has blamed the peaceful participants of the “Labbaik Ya Rasoolullah (SAWW) Rally.”

The MWM and the relatives of martyr Raza Taqvi have condemned the police bid to implicate the peaceful participants of the rally in false case.

After police refusal to register the case, heirs and MWM have initiated legal course to get their FIR registered through Court. The petition has been filed under section 22-A
