Takfiri terrorist Malik Ishaq granted bail in provocative speech case

LEJ-Terrorist-Malik-IshaqNotorious takfiri nasbi terrorist Malik Ishaq was granted bail by an additional district and session judge on Monday on the submission of a surety bond worth Rs500,000.
Malik Ishaq is co-founder of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, outlawed terrorist group of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba. According to reports, he is not expected to be released today as the bail has not been submitted, and he is also currently under trial in other cases.

He was arrested earlier this month and was sent on a 14-day judicial remand to Kot Lakhpat jail in a case registered against him for giving a “provocative speech to spread hatred” during a rally near Lahore.

The case had been registered under Article 295-A of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 3 of the Amplifier Act.
