Islamic Research Centre Trust Chairman and son martyred, grandson injured

Shaheed ImageNasbi takfiri terrorists murdered the chairman of Islamic Research Centre Trust and his son and injured his grandson in a targeted attack on them near Old Sabzi Mandi area on Wednesday.

Mukhtar Aazmi, chairman of the Islamic Research Centre Trust, and his son Mohammad Baqir were returning home from their office (an advertising agency). Mohammad Ali, his grandson was also accompanying him. Nasbi takfiri terrorists of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba/Lashkar-e-Jhangvi targeted them near Old Sabzi Mandi.

The firing left Mukhtar Aazmi martyred on the spot. Mohammad Baqir breathed his last on way to Aga Khan Hospital. Condition of Mohammad Ali is said to be critical.

Mukhtar Aazmi was vice chairman of Pakistan Pilgrim Society. He also ran a travel agency for pilgrimages of sacred places of Islam. He was resident of North Nazimabad.

Almost all Shia parties and leaders have condemned the targeted murder of Shia notable. They called it part of ongoing genocide that continued unabated in all over Pakistan.

They demanded of the government to arrest the culprits immediately. They demanded of the judiciary to hang the terrorists publicly.
