Rawalpindi, Allama Shabbir Maithami organizes Eid Milan party in honor of GB students

Shiite News: Islami Tehreek-e-Pakistan Central Secretary General Allama Dr. Shabbir Hasan Maithmi organized an Eid Milan party for the students of Gilgit-Baltistan living in Rawalpindi Islamabad.

Allama Sheikh Mirza Ali, Chief Information Officer of Gilgit-Baltistan Coordination Council, Allama Mirza Hussain Sabri, Sheikh Alf Khan, General Secretary of Coordination Council District Rawalpindi Haji Intisar Hydari and Head of Coordination Council Islamabad were present at the Eid Milin Party. A large number of students including Ali Kazmi participated.

Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Mirza Ali said that the student who travel to acquire knowledge is no less than a jihad for which he congratulated all the students and then celebrated festivals like Eid with these students.

He urged the students to uphold the religious attachment that has been the distinguishing feature of the people of GB, to equip themselves with religious values.

Speaking later, Central Secretary General Allama Dr. Shabbir Hasan Maythmi emphasized to the students that modern education is a trapdoor without religious values.

He said that it is religion that fulfills all the requirements of human learning and training, otherwise the actual acquisition of knowledge is not possible.

He urged the students to get rid of the thought of getting degrees through modern education and limiting themselves to jobs through it, saying that by doing religious education and service to religion with modern education, students can be successful in this world and the hereafter.
