SUC delegation meets CM GB, appreciates performance of PTI govt

Shiite News: A delegation of Shia Ulema Council of Pakistan headed by Central Secretary General Allama Dr. Shabir Hasan Maisami met Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Khalid Khurshid.

Provincial ministers were also present on this occasion. The delegation included Chief Minister’s Adviser Muhammad Ali Quaid, Member of Assembly Ayub Waziri, Shia Ulema Council Pakistan Coordination Committee Chairman Allama Sheikh Mirza Ali, Shia Ulema Council Pakistan Central Information Secretary Zahid Ali Akhunzada, Provincial Leader Haji Didar Ali, General Secretary of the Coordination Committee Haji Yusuf Akhonzada, Allama Syed Hasan Falsafi , Allama Ahmad Turabi, Haji Muhammad Ilyas, Shabbir Hafizi and other leaders were included.

In the meeting, Central Secretary General Allama Dr. Shabbir Hasan Maisami appreciated the Chief Minister’s actions for carrying out development work in Gilgit-Baltistan while apprised the Chief Minister of some public problems and hoped to solve the problems. While the Chief Minister assured to solve the problems of the people regarding wheat subsidy.

He informed the delegation about the initiatives in the field of education and trade. He also indicated to start international flights at Skardu Airport soon.

While he assured that the compensation of the martyrs will be paid soon. The delegation appreciated the initiatives of Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan and agreed to solve public problems through mutual cooperation.
