NAP Violation, case registered against leaders of outlawed Sipah Sahaba
Shiite News: An FIR has been registered in the federal capital against the terrorist leaders of banned Sipah Sahaba Ahmed Ludhianvi and Aurangzeb Farooqi.
According to the details, on the request of the civil society and Shiite organizations against violating the National Action Plan (NAP), making hate speech, shouting slogans of “Shia Kafir” and spreading unrest in their Islamabad rally on October 6, an FIR has been registered in Abapara police station.
The petitioner had taken the position that a case under section 506, 2988, 295A and TATA should be registered against this group (banned Sipah Sahaba) and these persons.
A large number of momineen, including Allama Mohsin Naqvi of Shia Ulema Council, Zaheer Naqvi of Majlis Wahdat Muslimin, Asadullah District President of MWM Islamabad, Sheikh Mazhar Ali, Vice Chairman of Hussaini Azadar Council Pakistan, were present on this sensitive issue.
The application has been filed as a supplement to a case already filed by the state which included provisions for holding assembly without NOC and violating the Amplifier Act and Sections 295A, 298A and 506 including 7ATA have not been included, for which legal action will be taken after the guidance of lawyers.
It is pertinent to mention that this FIR is a strong slap on the face of these terrorists and also a reminder to them that they do not have enough freedom to spread unrest whenever they want, wherever they want, call Shias kafir, and expect that they will remain silent.
