Insolent of Holy Prophet (PBUH) deserves death: Allama Raja Nasir

Shiite News: Chairman Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari, has said whoever insults the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is out of Islam and is liable to be killed according to Shariah.

While addressing a press conference at the MWM Secretariat along with the central leaders, he said that the manner in which Salman Rushdie insulted the Prophet (PBUH) of Islam in his impious work has hurt the religious sentiments of millions of Muslims around the world and made them angry.

“The fearless leader of the Islamic world, Ayatollah Grand Sayyid Khomeini, (may God bless him) give a fatwa on the killing of Salman Rushdie, and sent a message to the Jews and Christians that no honorable Muslim can allow insolence against the the Prophet ﷺ (PBUH)” clarified MWM Chairman.

He further said that if a Muslim leader harbors sympathetic feelings for an insult of Rasool Allah (SAW) for the sake of the appeasing the tyrannical powers, then he has nothing to do with the his religion.

Our rulers should issue a statement at the government level expressing public sentiments against the accursed Rushdie so that it can be made clear to the world that twenty two million people of Pakistan are not ready to make any compromise on the greatness of the Prophet ﷺ.

Allama Nasir Abbas said that Pakistan as a nuclear power gave a hard blow to global arrogant forces who want to see Pakistan weak and unstable.

Countries that have problems with our independent foreign policy and development have no right to be called our friends.

India, Israel, America are the fiercest enemies of our independent foreign policy and internal sovereignty, on the contrary, China, Russia, Iran, Turkey, Malaysia want to see Pakistan independent in all respects and independent in domestic and national policies.

Hostile powers want to destabilize Pakistan and want to confiscate our nuclear assets. We have to make wise and insightful decisions in the context of the global situation.
