Shiite News: Families of Shia Missing Persons held a protest at KPC on Saturday. On this occasion hundreds of women, children were also present. They were chanting slogans for the immediate release of their beloved missing family members by holding placards, banners, and pictures of missing citizens in their hands.

Speaking to the participants of the protest, the family member of the missing persons said that if the State Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies will not uphold the rule of law then we will too. The pain of missing a family member feels only the survivors. We have knocked all the doors for justice but the result is nothing, after releasing two missing persons, there is still a deadlock. Right now, 14 citizens from Karachi are still missing in which many were nominated to recover soon but not yet.

Speakers further added that the Shia community is a Patriotic of Pakistan and follows the Rule of Law as its first duty. Therefore, we demand the Government to present the missing person in the courts of justice if they are accused of any crime, and if they are innocent, set them free.

Deviation from our demands will prove Shia Hostility on the part of the State.
