Religious extremism damaged Islam a lot, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas

Shiite News: The Head of MWM, Allama Syed Nasir Abbas Jafferi said that the religious extremism and extremist groups harmed Islam and the Country a lot.

He added while condemning the incident of Sialkot that even a State has no right to punish anyone on blasphemy without finding facts. We would have to work for preventing such incidents by keeping our eyes on external conspiracies. The safety and security of foreigners is an undeniable responsibility of the State.

He further said that any tolerance with the elements who challenge the writ of the State is tantamount to treason. If we would not stop such incidents with force, we would not be able to face the world.
