Marriage with Mother is allowed in Fiqh Hanafi, Said Mufti Ilyas Ghumman

Shiite News: Deobandi Maulana, Ilyas Ghumman said that there is no penalization against having intercourse with a mother in Fiqah Hanafi. (May Allah forgive us).

He quoted Imam Abu Hanifa that if anyone wed and have intercourse with his mother is free from any penalization. Allah may curse upon such Muftis and his followers.

This is to clarify that Islam has restricted to marry with stay women like mother, sister, and daughter but this ill-fated Maulvi while following the Evil has crossed the limits of Halal and Haram.

This Fatwa of Ilyas Ghumman not only expresses the weak foundation of the Deobandi school of Thought but also calls for resentment of Allah. Allah may save us from his evil deeds (Amin).
