Petition filed in RHC against Police for lodging baseless FIR against mourning procession

Shiite News: Advocate GM Syed and Advocated Syed Fakhar Kazimi has filed a writ petition in Rawalpindi High Court against SHO of PS Dhoman of lodged a baseless FIR against the participants of the mourning procession held in Chakwal. After this bold step of the Shia, community police came on back foots dismissed the case after submitting Investigation Report.

This lesson of courage teaches us that how we can protect our legal rights by using the way of law and justice. If Azadaran-e-Imam Hussain (AS) would adopt the same tactics against baseless FIRs, in the future no Police officer will dare to lodge any baseless FIR against mourning gathering or procession.
