ATC releases 3 mourners trapped in fabricated Sabeel attack case

Shiite News: A positive development is seen in the fabricated Sabeel Attack case as an Anti-Terrorist Court has released 3 mourners who were wrongly alleged of attack.

According to details, on the morning of the 9th day of this Muharram Al-Haram, a prayer leader of the local mosque along with the number of terrorists attacked a Sabeel attacked with firearms and left so many mourners injured, and they also killed their punter in this incident.

After the said incident, police reached at on the spot and arrested dozens of mourners following two-sided FIRs, though many of mourners were released on the spot while 3 were shifted to Jail named Mirza Rifaat Hussain, Tahir Abbas, and Hashim Abbas.

Said imprisoned mourners were presented at ATC No. 20 for a hearing where lawyer Siraj Mangi Advocate pleaded their cases successfully and won their bail against one lac rupees each. After that prisoners were released from Central Jail Karachi where the president of Central Tanzeem Azadari, S M Naqvi received them with national pride.
