Shiite News: Head of Majlis-e-Wahadat-e-Muslimeen, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas said in his message on Yom-e-Ashura 1443 AH, that number of movements seen in history for justice, peace and human dignity which flourished so many holy stands. Some of them have been forgotten but few movements got perpetual importance because of their sanctity and divine bless, and such stands bestowed courage to oppressed peoples to defeat contemporary Pharoses, Yazids and other cruel lords in different era.

Kerbala was also one of said movement which had been discussed more than other movements and it got fame not only among Muslims but entire Humanity.

Stand of Imam Hussain (AS) in Kerbala was not sect or tribe oriented but for right and justice. It gave message to say no to all earthy lords for dignity, liberty and respect of human beings.

This incidence teaches lesson of faith in oneness of Almighty Allah with firm determination first, then dignity of Islam, sincerity for assigned divine task, pain of oppressed people and respect of other faiths. Therefore, two non-Muslims named John Habashi and Waheb Kalabi (Christians), one opponent of Imam Hussain (AS) Zohair Ibne Qain and a commander of Yazid’s force Hur (Alaihim us Salam) were included among loyal martyrs of Kerbala.
