Police submits challan against Mufti Aziz in Prosecution Branch

Shiite News: An important development has seen in the case of Mufti Azizur Rehman on Tuesday, when the Police submitted a challan in prosecution branch against accused and his 5 sons on completion of its investigation.

According to prosecution sources, Mufti Aziz has nominated main accused in said challan while his 5 son are nominated his facilitators and accused of threatening complainant Sabir Shah, a student of Jamia Manzoor ul Islam and target of Mufti’s homosexuality.

Police also included the video in which Mufti was doing unethical activities with student Sabir Shah and statement of Complainant. Prosecution Branch will scrutinize the Challan first, than it will be presented in the Court.

Before said development Jail Police produced accused Mufti before Judicial Magistrate Cantt Kachehry Rana Arshad Ali on hearing of the case. The Magistrate extended judicial remand of accused Mufti for 14 days while his 5 sons are on free on bail.
